Vivant Medical Olympic Park serves the community around Lidcombe and Sydney Olympic Park, Australia. The public website brings practitioner information, services and practice details together, with appointment links to HotDoc.

What Rootscratch built

Rootscratch's Laravel implementation includes practitioner listings and individual profiles, service pages, contact and location information, and content-management screens for the practice team. Practitioner records hold the information used on both the listing and profile pages.

Two actions for different visitor needs

Each practitioner card offers View Profile and Book Now. A visitor who wants more information can open the profile; someone ready to book can go straight to the appointment provider. Practitioners are grouped by type to make the directory easier to browse.

The booking link uses the practitioner's own destination when one is available. If that field is empty, the implementation falls back to the practice booking link, or its contact page if neither booking link is configured. This avoids an empty button that simply reloads the page.
