Define the workflow
We start with a narrow task and representative questions. Knowledge sources, user permissions and human escalation are designed before adding tools. An assistant that drafts a response has a different risk profile from one that changes a customer record.

How we validate the result
We test incorrect assumptions, unavailable sources, prompt injection attempts and requests outside the user's permissions. Evaluation includes failure behaviour and human handoff, not just successful demonstrations. Private credentials remain outside model-visible prompts and browser code.
