How we validate the result
Tests cover two customers choosing the same slot, staff unavailability, changed opening hours and cancelled payments. We verify how confirmations appear across timezones and how staff handle exceptions without creating duplicate reservations.

Provide appointment types, resource calendars, operating hours and cancellation rules. Existing calendar integration, SMS charges and payment-provider fees are separate from development. The first release can focus on the booking path your team uses most.
