Define access and data before adding screens

For integrations, we check the provider's capabilities, account requirements, rate limits, and failure behavior. Data ownership, duplicate records, retries, and manual fallbacks are part of the design discussion. If you already have records to migrate, we agree on their format and validation before moving them.

Delivery and handover

Work begins with process mapping and a proposed first release. You review the interface and functioning workflows in stages. The agreed test plan covers important user journeys, role boundaries, errors, and deployment requirements.

At handover, we clarify account ownership, deployment steps, data access, and maintenance responsibilities. Support arrangements and later improvements are agreed separately so the operational expectations remain clear.

Planning cost and timing

The number of roles, workflow rules, integrations, reports, and migration requirements shape the estimate. Describe the current process and its most difficult step. An anonymized sample record is often more useful than a long list of technologies.
